Our organic cow, goat and sheep cheese is made in Friesland and is available in different maturations and taste varieties.
A flourishing nature gives rich milk, the most beautiful starting point for making cheese. Just as we let the flora and fauna on the farm take their natural course with as little intervention from outside as possible, we also make our cheeses as pure as possible.
We use pasteurised, not skimmed, 100% organic and biodynamic milk, add microbial (vegetarian) rennet and let our cheese wheels mature naturally on wooden shelves.
